Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in the Mohali district. The Senior Sales Manager will see the end-to-end sales process, including developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The responsibilities also include leading and mentoring a sales team, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Regular reporting on sales metrics and forecasts is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Leadership, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Experience in Team Leadership, Communication, and Relationship Building
  • Strong Analytical Thinking and Market Analysis skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Sales Reporting software
  • Decision-making, Negotiation, and Problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 7 years of professional sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience in the education sector is an mandatory
