Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager, located in Lucknow. The Senior Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team, develop and execute effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include identifying and nurturing client relationships, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the team to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintaining detailed sales records, training team members, and developing strategies to attract new clients are additional duties.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills, team management, and the ability to drive a sales team toward achieving targets
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities and experience in building long-term client connections
  • Proficiency in sales strategy development, market trend analysis, and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in the fitness or wellness industry is preferred
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics software is an advantage
