Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring revenue targets are met. The role requires strong leadership, market insight, and customer-focused thinking.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign alignment.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 510 years of experience in sales, with at least 23 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
