Role Description

The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include strategizing and implementing sales plans, setting and achieving sales targets, networking to build and maintain client relationships, and providing tailored real estate solutions. The Senior Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, mentor team members, and ensure seamless execution of property transactions to achieve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in sales and closing deals within competitive real estate markets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring teams
  • Comprehensive understanding of Pune's real estate market, including both residential and commercial properties
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute sales plans
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment
