Role Overview

AQM Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior sales Manager – International Sales to drive business growth across domestic and international markets. This is an Individual Contributor role focused on enterprise sales, new customer acquisition, strategic account development, and expanding AQM's global presence.

The ideal candidate should have strong Enterprise IT Services Sales experience across India and international markets, with mandatory GCC sales experience and the ability to engage enterprise customers, build CXO relationships, and drive successful technology service engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth

• Drive enterprise sales across India, GCC, USA, Europe, and other international markets.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Build and manage sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market expansion activities.
• Own the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure.

Enterprise Account Management

• Develop relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Procurement Heads, and key business stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and position AQM's solutions effectively.
• Manage strategic accounts and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Solution Selling

Sell AQM's technology service offerings, including:

• Quality Engineering & Software Testing
• AI-led Testing & Automation
• Digital Engineering
• Cybersecurity Services
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to create customer-focused solutions and proposals.

Sales Execution & Market Expansion

• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Identify market trends and new business opportunities.
• Represent AQM in customer meetings, industry events, and business forums.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Required Experience & Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Services Sales.
• Mandatory GCC sales experience with a proven track record of selling technology services.
• Strong experience managing domestic Indian market along with international markets.
• Experience selling Quality Engineering, Software Testing, AI, Digital Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Digital Transformation services.
• Proven experience in new customer acquisition and enterprise deal closures.
• Strong CXO engagement, consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
