This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales strategies, developing and maintaining client relationships, meeting revenue targets, and driving business growth. Additional responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales teams, identifying market opportunities, creating detailed performance reports, and working collaboratively across departments to achieve organizational goals.

• Leadership and team management skills to guide and develop sales teams effectively
• Sales strategy development, goal setting, and achieving revenue targets
• Client relationship management and customer service experience
• Market research, business development, and analytical skills to identify opportunities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role
• Industry experience and knowledge of international education is an advantage
