* Acquire new CASA customers through open-market and catchment sales.
* Lead and manage a team of sales executives and BDOs.
* Drive CASA value, account acquisition and activation.
* Generate leads through market mapping, references and customer visits.
* Cross-sell FD, insurance, investments, loans, cards, forex and other banking products.
* Track daily/weekly/monthly sales productivity and targets.
* Coach the team on lead generation, conversion and customer engagement.
