Are you a sales leader with hands-on experience in Dubai real estate projects and a passion for international property sales Realty Smartz is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our Dubai real estate division and drive performance across high-end property portfolios.
- Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Dubai real estate sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, NRIs, and global clients
- Strategize and execute sales plans specific to Dubai real estate projects
- Guide and mentor the team on Dubai property trends and client engagement
- Coordinate with marketing teams to drive targeted lead-generation campaigns
- Represent the company in Dubai-focused expos, seminars, and client presentations
- Monitor market movements and provide insights on pricing and competition
- Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience working on Dubai real estate projects
- Deep understanding of Dubai's off-plan and ready-to-move property segments
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent client-handling, negotiation, and closing skills
