Role Overview

Cygnet.One is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Sales to drive enterprise business growth across Software Solutions, Tax Technology, and Digital Compliance.

The role will focus on both new business acquisition (Hunting) and existing account growth (Farming), with ownership of the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, field sales, and enterprise relationships.

•Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.

•Develop and grow existing strategic accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

•Sell Software, Tax Technology, Compliance, and SaaS solutions to enterprise customers.

•Build relationships with CXO and senior stakeholders across Finance, Tax, IT, and Business functions.

•Understand customer requirements and work with Presales, Product, Consulting, and Delivery teams to develop the right solution.

•Achieve revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast.

•Represent Cygnet.One in customer meetings, industry events, and relevant business forums.

What We Are Looking For

•10+ years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Software Sales.

•Strong track record in Hunting + Farming.a

•Proven experience managing the E2E sales cycle.

•Strong exposure to cross-selling, upselling, and account expansion.

•Experience in Tax Technology, Digital Compliance, E-Invoicing, ERP, SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech is

Preferred.

•Strong enterprise relationship-building and CXO engagement skills.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and commercial skills.

•Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
