Job Description

Senior Sales Manager – Construction Equipment Loan Finance

Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: 5–10 Years

Role Summary

Responsible for driving loan finance & refinance of construction equipment, including sourcing deals and managing end-to-end loan processing for high-value assets (1–1.5 crore range).

Key Responsibilities

  • Source loan business via dealer counters, DSAs, DSEs, and market leads
  • Handle end-to-end loan lifecycle (documentation to disbursement)
  • Manage relationships with equipment dealers, customers, and channel partners
  • Drive closure of high-value finance deals (1–1.5 Cr ticket size)
  • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups on hot leads
  • Track sales performance and ensure target achievement
  • Prepare MIS, reports, and sales data

Requirements

  • Experience in construction equipment loan finance / NBFC / banking
  • Proven track record of financing 1–1.5 Cr equipment deals
  • Strong network with dealers, DSAs, and market channels
  • Understanding of loan processing, credit evaluation, and documentation
  • Basic knowledge of balance sheet (mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation & relationship management skills

Preferred

  • Background in equipment/asset finance companies
