Sales Representative – Cold Chain & Temperature Monitoring
Location: Hyderabad, India
Responsibilities
- Sell temperature data loggers and cold chain monitoring systems to pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech companies, vaccine producers, CMOs/CDMOs, clinical research organizations (CROs), hospital pharmacies, blood banks, diagnostic labs, and pharma 3PL/distributors.
- Meet monthly/quarterly targets for new account acquisition, validation service contracts, and recurring SaaS/device revenue.
- Prepare technical proposals, validation protocols, and risk assessments; negotiate contracts and manage receivables.
- Build relationships with QA, validation, supply chain, and procurement heads.
- Provide frontline support: calibration guidance, alarm configuration, and escalation to application engineers.
- Track competitors (Sensitech, ELPRO, Berlinger, Modality Solutions, Cold Chain Technologies) and report market/regulatory trends; maintain CRM records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business.
- 7+ years B2B field sales in pharmaceutical cold chain, temperature monitoring, validation services, or life science instrumentation.
- Proven quota attainment; understanding of GxP, GDP, and regulatory compliance sales cycles.
- Fluent English and local language.
- Proficient in CRM and MS Office; self-driven and independent.
