About the Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales initiatives and spearhead revenue growth for Ray Business Technologies. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in selling complex digital transformation and managed services solutions to global enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full sales cycle business development, client engagement, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Create and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational growth targets
- Drive new logos acquisition and account expansion in strategic geographies (US/NA/EMEA)
- Build C-level relationships and position RBT as a strategic transformation partner
- Mentor and guide junior BDEs to achieve team revenue goals
- Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams for GTM success
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine offerings and positioning
Required Skills & Competencies
- 10+ years in IT services sales with a track record of consistent quarterly revenue achievements
- Strong exposure to selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Data & AI, and Digital Experience Platforms
- Ability to drive complex enterprise pursuits with multi-stakeholder involvement
- Excellent storytelling, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated account mining and strategic relationship development experience
Education
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology preferred
