Job Description

Position: Senior Manager – Outward Sales & Referral Partnerships

Location: Chennai

Reporting Locations: Coimbatore, Indore, and other center locations

Job Summary:

Buddhi Clinic is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead the Outward Sales and Referral Partner Management function. The incumbent will be responsible for driving lead generation initiatives, managing strategic referral partnerships, and leading regional sales teams across multiple locations.

The role requires strong experience in healthcare concept selling, relationship management, and regional business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Outward Sales team across Buddhi Clinic centers.
  • Drive lead generation activities through strategic outreach and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including:
  • Medical Tourism Operators
  • School Managements
  • Medical Professionals
  • Healthcare Institutions
  • Corporate Partners
  • Develop regional sales and partnership strategies to increase patient referrals and business growth.
  • Monitor performance and productivity of executives/managers across locations such as Coimbatore and Indore.
  • Conduct regular reviews, training, and guidance for regional teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth conversion and service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Team Management:

  • Manage Executives/Managers stationed at different center locations.
  • Ensure proper reporting, follow-ups, and performance tracking.

Required Skills:

  • Strong healthcare sales and business development experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Team handling and regional leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in concept selling and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills.
  • Ability to travel across locations when required.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • 10–15 years of experience in healthcare sales/business development.
  • Prior experience in regional-level roles within major healthcare service organizations is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in managing referral networks and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and operational coordination skills.
  • Target-oriented and result-driven professional.
  • Experience handling multi-location teams is an added advantage
