Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Senior Sales Leader. The Senior Sales Leader will oversee sales operations, manage and develop client relationships, and lead a high-performing team to achieve company targets. Responsibilities include formulating sales strategies, meeting revenue goals, fostering client satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company processes. The role requires active market research and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

  • Proven expertise in Sales Planning, Lead Generation, and Closing Deals
  • Strong skills in Relationship Management and Client Retention
  • Experience in Team Leadership and Sales Team Management
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous
  • Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
