Location

Manesar with frequent travel to Mohali

Salary Range

₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance-Linked Incentives

With a strong foundation in project execution and production control, Ddesignery is now expanding its independent retail and direct-consumer footprint. We are building a performance-driven sales engine focused on structured growth, retail expansion, and premium customer experience.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Head who will take full ownership of kitchen and wardrobe revenue growth and lead the sales function with strategic clarity and operational discipline.

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Head will be responsible for building and leading the kitchen & wardrobe sales vertical, driving predictable revenue growth, establishing scalable processes, and managing high-value customer relationships.

This is a leadership position requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the modular interiors segment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Growth Ownership

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for kitchen and wardrobe verticals.

• Develop structured sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.

• Build a robust sales funnel with clear forecasting and conversion tracking.

• Improve average ticket size and gross margins through pricing and upselling strategies.

2. Sales Strategy & Market Development

• Define go-to-market strategy for modular kitchens and wardrobes.

• Identify new business channels (architects, builders, real estate developers, retail walk-ins, referrals).

• Develop strategic partnerships to expand lead generation.

• Monitor local competitors and pricing trends to maintain competitive positioning.

3. Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

• Set clear targets and accountability structures.

• Implement sales SOPs and CRM discipline.

• Conduct weekly performance reviews and pipeline evaluations.

4. Channel & Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners.

• Manage key high-value clients personally.

• Ensure superior customer experience from consultation to project handover.

5. Operational Coordination

• Work closely with design, production, and installation teams to ensure realistic commitments.

• Align sales promises with factory capabilities and timelines.

• Reduce project delays caused by misalignment between sales and execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.

• MBA (preferred but not mandatory).

Required Experience

• 5–10 years of proven experience in kitchen and wardrobe sales within modular interiors, home solutions, or furniture brands.

• Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role.

• Demonstrated track record of achieving high monthly revenue targets.

• Experience working with architects, retail customers, and B2C high-ticket clients.

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to: Director / Founder

• Leads: Sales Executives, Channel Sales Managers, Retail Sales Consultants
