Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through online platforms, cold outreach and inbound inquiries
- Pitch IT services, software development and digital solutions to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals
- Handle client follow-ups, negotiations and deal closures
- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Prepare basic proposals and commercial discussions
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in IT sales, software sales or digital services sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services, web or software development projects
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Comfortable with email, calls, LinkedIn and online sales tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling IT services, SaaS, blockchain or digital solutions
- Exposure to international clients is a plus
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
