Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Agra. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and creating sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. The role includes identifying sales leads, presenting services to prospective clients, conducting negotiations, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, monitor market trends, and actively contribute to the company's business growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Client Management
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship Building
  • Experience with Market Analysis, Account Management, and CRM Tools
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
  • Solid understanding of IT services, Digital Transformation, and Data-based technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently
