Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in New Delhi. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales efforts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and effectively promoting VP Impex products and services. Additional duties include negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, meeting sales targets, and conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote advanced prostate diagnostic solutions including MRI-US Fusion Biopsy services and the Artemis Fusion platform.

The candidate should be confident in communicating with Urologists, Oncologists, Radiologists, and Hospital Administrators, capable of building strong professional relationships, and generating consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote 3D MRI-US Fusion Prostate Biopsy services to doctors and hospitals
  • Generate patient referrals from Urologists
  • Present and explain features of the Artemis Fusion system
  • Identify and develop franchise opportunities
  • Conduct doctor meetings, follow-ups, and presentations
  • Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, WhatsApp, email marketing
  • Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Achieve monthly sales and referral targets
  • Maintain daily visit reports and submit weekly performance reports
  • Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications Communication Skills
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Confident in speaking with senior doctors and hospital management
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Professional email and WhatsApp communication
Technical Skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (report making, data tracking)
  • Working knowledge of MS Word
  • Basic understanding of PowerPoint presentations
  • Familiar with ChatGPT and AI tools for drafting emails, proposals, and marketing content
  • Ability to maintain CRM or doctor database
Sales & Personality Skills
  • Proactive in lead generation
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Professional appearance and etiquette
  • Ability to handle objections confidently
  • Good presentation skills
Experience & Education
  • Minimum 35 years experience in medical device / pharma sales preferred
  • Experience dealing with Urologists or hospitals will be an added advantage
  • Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharma background preferred)
