Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Senior Sales Executive at Varahi Enterprises. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer relationships, managing and maintaining current client accounts, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting client meetings, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive outreach and collaboration to grow the company's client base and drive revenue.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Relationship Management skills, including client acquisition, account management, and negotiating contracts
  • Knowledge of the stone, granite, marble, or construction material industry is highly preferable
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills, with proficiency in preparing compelling proposals
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical skills to address client needs and deliver effective solutions
  • Team Collaboration and Organizational skills to coordinate with internal departments and meet project deadlines
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth
  • Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad
  • Experience using CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred
