Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Salem District for a Senior Sales Executive role. The responsibilities include leading customer interactions, building lasting relationships, and understanding customer needs to recommend appropriate Maruti Suzuki models and services. The role involves meeting sales targets, following up with clients, collaborating with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction, and keeping up-to-date with the automotive industry trends and product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and experience in car sales is preferred
- Proficiency in understanding customer needs and recommending relevant services like financing and insurance
- Problem-solving abilities, multitasking skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic sales environment
- Prior experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree is a Mandatory.
