The Natural Veneers (NV) Division specializes in premium veneer solutions for residential, commercial, and institutional interior projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic sales professionals to drive Project Sales, Specification Sales, Channel Sales, and Business Development for our Natural Veneers portfolio in the assigned territory.

The role involves handling architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, government departments, dealers/distributors, and key influencers to generate project business and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Project Sales, Channel Sales, and Business Development in the assigned territory
  • Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, PMCs, and government departments
  • Generate specifications in BOQs, drawings, and project material sheets
  • Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners
  • Track residential, commercial, institutional, and government projects
  • Conduct product presentations, sample displays, and site visits
  • Achieve primary & secondary sales targets and market expansion goals
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and project pipelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Building Materials / Interior Products industry
  • Strong exposure to Project Sales, Specification Sales, or Channel Sales
  • Good network with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and government bodies preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and market-focused professional

Preferred Industry Background

Natural Veneers, Plywood, Laminates, Decorative Surfaces, Building Materials, Interior Products, Furniture Fittings, Paints, Tiles, Lighting, Construction Materials, Architectural Products.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline | MBA preferred
