Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. The role involves driving revenue, building client relationships, and executing sales strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to overall growth. Handling B2B clients and closing customised Group requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, with a focus on B2B accounts.

• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.

• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to enhance brand visibility.

• Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor's/Master's in Tourism, Marketing, or Hotel or travel.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in travel & tourism.

• Experience handling groups in the hospitality or travel sector.

• Strong experience in managing B2B clients.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Passion for travel and customer engagement.
