Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Solar Projects

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in solar project sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the solar industry, proven sales skills, and the ability to generate and close business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar projects (residential, commercial, and industrial).
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote solar solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project cost estimates.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Keep updated with market trends, competitors, and government policies related to solar energy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in solar project sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of solar systems, EPC projects, and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B solar sales.
- Understanding of government subsidies and solar policies.
- Strong network in the local market.
