Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-driven sales professionals to drive Channel Sales, Project Sales, and Business Development for the NAP division in Patna and nearby markets.

The candidate will be responsible for dealer management, architect handling, project tracking, and market expansion for WPC/PVC product categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory
  • Handle Channel Sales, Dealer Management, and Market Development activities
  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and fabricators
  • Identify and track residential, commercial, hospitality, and government projects
  • Conduct product presentations and influence specification in projects
  • Generate leads and convert opportunities through effective sales pitching
  • Coordinate with dealers/distributors for business growth and product movement
  • Track competitor activities and market trends in Patna & nearby regions
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders in CPWD, PWD, NBCC, NPCC, EPIL, EIL, and related departments

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Channel Sales
  • Preferably from Building Materials, PVC/WPC, Doors & Windows, Plywood, Laminates, Hardware, Interior Products, or related industries
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Good relationship management with architects and interior designers preferred
  • Knowledge of Patna and nearby markets is essential
  • Growth mindset with willingness to learn and adapt
