Job Description

Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive – Football Operations

Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru

Experience: 2–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

This role combines sales, community engagement, grassroots football operations, and event management. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving enrollment targets, building strong relationships with parents, organizing football events, and supporting revenue growth across allied sports programs.

Key Responsibilities

Football Admissions & Sales

  • Achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets for football programs at the Indiranagar centre.
  • Counsel parents and prospective students regarding the Kickstart player development pathway.
  • Convert inquiries, trial participants, and leads into paid enrollments.
  • Develop new leads through school outreach, referrals, events, and local marketing initiatives.

Grassroots Football Operations

  • Coordinate and manage grassroots football activities for U-7, U-9 and U-11 age groups.
  • Plan batches and schedules based on ground availability, facility capacity, and participant numbers.
  • Work closely with coaches to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.

Tournament & Event Management

  • Collaborate with KSFA officials, schools, and local stakeholders to organize and execute football tournaments, leagues, camps, and community events.
  • Support planning, registrations, logistics, and communication for all grassroots competitions.

Parent Engagement

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for parents at the center.
  • Address queries, provide updates, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Drive retention and renewals through regular engagement and follow-up.

Swimming & Strength and Conditioning Programs

  • Support admissions and revenue generation for the Swimming Academy.
  • Promote Strength & Conditioning programs conducted in partnership with Soul Physio.
  • Encourage existing football families to participate in multiple programs.

  • Eligibility

    • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Physical Education, or a related field.
    • 2–3 years of experience in sports sales, academy operations, youth programs, or grassroots football.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
    • Passion for football and youth development will be an added advantage.
