We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help us grow across salons, spas, and beauty businesses in India.
Sales Executive (SaaS Sales)
3–5 Years
Remote / Noida / Delhi NCR
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and social media
- Conduct product demos for salon owners
- Explain AyeSalon features and subscription plans
- Follow up with interested leads and close sales
- Maintain lead pipeline and CRM updates
- Coordinate with onboarding/support teams after closure
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Build strong relationships with salon & spa businesses
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS / Software / B2B sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and online demos
- Basic understanding of CRM tools
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Hindi + English communication preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling salon, beauty, POS, or SaaS products
- Knowledge of WhatsApp sales and lead nurturing
- Understanding of subscriptions and recurring revenue models
