Role: Cooler Deployment Executive (Beverage Division)
Key Responsibilities
- Execute placement of visi-coolers and refrigeration units at retail outlets, HoReCa, and distributor points as per company strategy.
- Coordinate with sales teams to identify high-potential outlets for cooler deployment to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Ensure correct branding, planogram compliance, and visibility standards on all deployed coolers.
- Track movement, installation, and retrieval of company-owned cooling assets.
- Conduct regular market audits to monitor cooler utilization, condition, and uptime.
- Handle service requests and coordinate with technicians for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain records of asset allocation, retailer agreements, and deployment approvals.
- Support promotional campaigns by ensuring coolers are stocked and merchandised properly.
- Prevent misuse, relocation, or damage of company assets through routine checks.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on deployment status, service issues, and market feedback.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in field operations, sales support, or asset deployment (FMCG/beverage preferred)
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with extensive field travel
- Basic understanding of refrigeration units is an advantage
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Budget : Less than 14 lacs ( F+V)
- Graduation is mandatory
