We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through site visits, referrals, telecalling, and digital platforms.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversions.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and documentation teams for smooth processing.
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate effectively.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Telugu & English preferred).
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
