Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Ongole

Experience: 3–7 Years in Real Estate Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through site visits, referrals, telecalling, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversions.
  • Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and documentation teams for smooth processing.
  • Stay updated on project details, pricing, and market trends.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate effectively.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Telugu & English preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market and local areas.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
  • Ability to manage high-value transactions.
