Job Title: Head of Enterprise Sales / Senior Sales Director (IT Rentals & Leasing)
Location: Bangalore (with travel as required)Experience: 8–15+ years in B2B / Enterprise Sales

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact sales leader who can drive enterprise growth, build deep client relationships, and expand our presence across key markets.

This role requires someone who understands consultative selling and financial-driven models (IRR/ROI) — not just product sales.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership
  • Drive overall sales strategy and revenue growth
  • Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline
Enterprise Client Acquisition
  • Acquire and manage large and mid-sized B2B clients
  • Engage with CFOs, CIOs, and procurement heads
  • Lead in-person client meetings and negotiations
Solution Selling (IRR Model)
  • Sell rental/leasing solutions based on cash flow and IRR benefits
  • Structure deals aligned with client financial goals
Market Expansion
  • Identify and penetrate new segments
  • Build partnerships and alliances
Sales Systems & Tools
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM, outbound platforms, Apollo.AI
  • Build scalable sales processes
Team Leadership (Preferred)
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales team over time
Candidate Profile
Must-Have
  • 8–15+ years in enterprise/B2B sales
  • Proven track record of closing large deals
  • Understanding of IRR / ROI / leasing models
  • Strong client-facing and negotiation skills
Good-to-Have
  • Experience in IT hardware, leasing, SaaS, or infra sales
  • Network within IT or institutional clients
