Senior Sales Executive - Premium Matchmaking Service

CTC: 8LPA (Fixed) + 8LPA (Incentives) ( the more you sell, the more you earn)

Role Summary

We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive our premium matchmaking service, focusing on high-net-worth individuals. In this role, you'll leverage your sales expertise to convert inbound leads and provide a personalized experience for our clients.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Call and engage inbound leads (form fills) who have expressed interest in Unshaadi
  • Run discovery conversations — understand their matrimonial goals, preferences, and timeline
  • Position the Unshaadi service compellingly — make clients feel that not taking it is the wrong decision
  • Close High ticket subscriptions: ₹50,000+ (3-month) or ₹1,00,000+ (6-month) packages
  • Handle objections on pricing, timelines, and comparisons with quiet confidence
  • Maintain a clean CRM — pipeline status, follow-up notes, closure records
  • Hit and consistently exceed monthly closure targets
  • Represent the Unshaadi brand with the tone and polish our clientele expects

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

Must-Have

  • 1+ year of experience in premium or high-ticket sales, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Experience selling products with a ticket size of ₹30,000+ per unit.
  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and non-resident Indians (NRI).
  • Demonstrated ability to close inbound leads effectively.
  • A strong belief that sales is a craft, not just a grind, with a focus on relationship building.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently.

Good to Have

  • Experience in the matrimony or relationship domain.
  • Background in luxury travel, hospitality, or premium banking sales.
  • Familiarity with NRI or international sales.
