Job DescriptionThe Senior Executive Sales will be responsible for driving the sales of residential properties while ensuring a superior customer experience and adherence to organizational standards. The role demands strong communication abilities, effective customer relationship management, and a strategic approach to achieving sales targets and long-term business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead sales initiatives for residential real estate projects and contribute to the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure an efficient, transparent, and effective sales process.
Manage customer inquiries professionally, ensuring all questions, concerns, or complaints are promptly directed to the appropriate department for swift resolution.
Collect, maintain, and update customer data accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare, review, and submit all required sales reports with accuracy and within stipulated timelines.
Conduct corporate visits and deliver compelling presentations to promote the company's projects and generate business opportunities.
Participate in market research activities, including competitor analysis and surveys, to support strategic decision-making within the sales department.
Proactively work to maximize immediate and long-term sales opportunities, contributing to business profitability and sustained growth.
Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers using a telephone, mobile device, or company-provided auto-dialler, encouraging site visits and guiding leads through the sales journey with consistent follow-up.

Experience Required:
Minimum 3-4 Years of Experience in Residential Sales, High-End Automobile Sales, or the Hospitality Industry.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Graduate Degree in any discipline.
