Job Description

We are a software services company hiring a Sales Executive with 4-5 years of proven B2B sales experience. In this role, you will drive growth by selling our service offerings, including AI solutions, cloud services, and custom software development.

Objectives of this role

  • Represent the companys services with strong market understanding and clear understanding of how our solutions solve customer problems.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Generate qualified leads and build a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute a territory action plan using data-driven analysis, and refine sales techniques based on outcomes and field insights.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain working relationships with clients and identify potential new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
  • Develop strong knowledge of services and value propositions
  • Achieve sales goals by following a structured sales process, aligning solutions to client needs, and delivering effective presentations.
  • Prepare accurate reports, proposals, project briefs, and documentation for executive-level presentations and decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams and other sales representatives to ensure targets are met and quality standards are maintained

Required skills and qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a similar industry (IT services / software services / technology sales).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Experience using CRM/sales tools to manage pipeline, reporting, and forecasting.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Consistent performance above sales quota, with evidence of strong pipeline and closure rates.
