Role Description

The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. The role involves driving sales and revenue growth through generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property investment deals. Success in this position will require strong communication, negotiation, and market knowledge to identify and seize opportunities. The Executive will collaborate with team members to meet targets and provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring both personal achievements and organizational success.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify investment opportunities
  • Familiarity with Real Estate or Proptech industries is an advantage
  • Results-driven mindset with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
  • Fluency in local languages and knowledge of the Indore real estate market is a plus
