Job Description

Sales and Business Development

  • Define and execute the regional sales strategy.
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying growth opportunities in the regional market.
  • Deliver on sales targets, preparing monthly reports and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, customer meetings, and supplier visits as required.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on commercial terms, pricing, and resolve any operational issues (quality, logistics, etc.)
  • Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, including price negotiations, quality follow-up, and complaint resolution (quality, service, delivery).

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in B2B sales in the chemicals or experience in a fast growing start up in B2B Sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performance sales teams.
  • Preferred qualities include entrepreneurial mindset, strong techno-commercial acumen, excellent networking skills, ownership, commitment, and high emotional intelligence.

Product Portfolio: Emulsions for Water-based inks and coatings, heat seal coatings, primers for flexible films, PUDs for Coatings – Automobiles, Paints, Industrial, construction chemicals and Adhesives, etc.
