Primary & Secondary Sales Management
Achieve primary sales targets by driving orders from dealers and distributors.
Ensure strong secondary sales by enabling product movement at the retail level.
Track, analyze, and report sales performance and market trends in the territory.
Site Visits & Lead Conversion
Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and after-sales service.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market & Customer Engagement
Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Experience working with architects, contractors, builders, and dealer/distributor networks.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
