Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Magicrete's Tile Adhesive products, constructionchemicals, solutions by identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and building strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and channel partners. The role involves meeting sales targets, conducting regular client visits, presenting product solutions, preparing quotations, and negotiating contracts. The person in this role will collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate product specifications, and high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day activities also include sales reporting, market and competitor analysis, participation in trade events, and providing feedback to support product and strategy improvements.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, ideally in building materials, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong account management skills, including relationship building, client servicing, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets, with solid negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Comfort with solution-based selling, product presentations, and explaining technical or product features in simple, clear language.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • High level of self-motivation, ownership, and willingness to travel frequently within the region as business needs require.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
