Position: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

dumbwaiters, across residential, commercial, and institutional spaces.
Working in collaboration with global partners, we bring internationally aligned engineering
standards, with systems manufactured at source and compliant with European safety
benchmarks such as EN81.
With a growing presence across key infrastructure and real estate projects, we are
strengthening our Sales team across Chandigarh, Gurugram, and Mumbai.
The Role
A high-ownership, field-driven B2B sales role focused on building relationships, identifying
opportunities, and driving closures in the mobility solutions segment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Outreach
● Identify and engage with builders, architects, consultants, developers, and institutional
clients
● Generate and qualify leads through site visits, calls, referrals, and networks
● Track upcoming projects, tenders, and market opportunities
● Study competitor positioning to strengthen approach
Sales Execution & Closures
● Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure
● Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals with internal teams
● Achieve defined monthly and quarterly targets
● Maintain a structured and updated sales funnel
Client Relationship Management
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers
● Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent engagement
● Drive repeat and referral business
Technical Sales Coordination
● Understand and explain product specifications in a client-friendly manner
● Coordinate with internal teams on feasibility, timelines, and solutions
● Support clients in selecting appropriate configurations
Documentation & Process Management
● Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
● Ensure compliance with internal processes and profitability benchmarks
● Maintain accurate records in CRM / Excel
Internal Coordination
● Work closely with design, estimation, and operations teams
● Participate in review meetings and align on timelines
● Share market feedback for continuous improvement
Who Should Apply

Requirements
● Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
● Minimum 2–5 years of prior sales experience (mandatory)
● Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
● Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and email communication
● Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
● Self-driven and comfortable managing long sales cycles
