Hiring: Senior Sales Executive (Inbound & Outbound)
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to manage both inbound and outbound sales efforts, with a strong focus on lead conversion and revenue generation. The role involves handling the complete sales cycle, from initial interaction to closing and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales
- Manage and respond to incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and platform signups
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Conduct discovery conversations and qualify leads
- Follow up consistently to drive conversions
Outbound Sales
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calls, and email
- Build and manage a structured outbound pipeline
- Personalize outreach based on industry, role, and use case
- Schedule meetings and move prospects through the funnel
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain accurate records of leads and deal progress
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
- Continuously improve outreach strategies and sales scripts
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or client handling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage both inbound and outbound sales processes
- Good objection-handling and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- ₹2 LPA – ₹7 LPA + performance-based incentives
