Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales activities
  • Coordinate with prospective clients and schedule business meetings/demo discussions
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documents
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing sales opportunities
  • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Maintain and update CRM, sales pipeline, and customer databases
  • Coordinate internally with technical and delivery teams for client requirements
  • Track proposals, quotations, invoices, and order status
  • Prepare sales MIS reports and business updates for management review
  • Ensure timely documentation and process compliance

Administrative & Office Support

  • Support day-to-day office coordination and administrative activities
  • Assist leadership with operational follow-ups and internal communication
  • Coordinate vendor interactions, meeting schedules, and basic office operations when required
  • Take ownership of additional responsibilities aligned with business needs

Key Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in IT sales / technology sales / inside sales
  • Strong exposure to both client-facing sales activities and sales coordination functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
  • Highly organized with good multitasking capabilities
  • Comfortable handling operational and administrative responsibilities alongside sales functions
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to take ownership beyond defined responsibilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in IT services, SaaS, AI, or technology solutions environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting systems
  • Strong presentation and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
