Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Bhiwandi is for a Senior Sales Executive specializing in interior design. The individual will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and leading the sales process. Additional responsibilities include formulating sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role will also involve market analysis, attending industry events, and expanding the company's client base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Account Handling, preferably in the interior design or retail display sector.
• Strong understanding of Interior Design, Modular Furniture, and Retail Store Layouts, with the ability to consult clients on design solutions.
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to conduct Market Analysis, identify business opportunities, and formulate Sales Strategies.
• Proficiency in team collaboration and cross-functional coordination with design and production teams.
• Relevant experience in the furniture or retail design industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fields preferred.
