Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in assigned territory
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
• Manage relationships with existing clients and high-value accounts
• Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions
• Handle client escalations and maintain satisfaction
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates
• Share insights with management to inform sales strategy
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and accounts for smooth order execution
• Mentor and guide junior sales executives when required
• Participate in product launches, promotions, and trade shows
• Ensure proper order documentation and follow-ups
• Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with operations
• Support invoicing and collection processes
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Minimum: 3–5 years of experience in sales (Bearings Knowledge added as advantage)
• Till 5 LPA
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales and territory handling
