Job Title: Senior Sales Executive / Lighting Consultant

Work Mode: In-Office

Role Overview:

Harold Premium Lights is hiring experienced Senior Sales Executives / Lighting Consultants to handle premium lighting clients and luxury projects. The role is office-based, with interactions through calls, video meetings, showroom visits, and scheduled site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with qualified leads (no cold calling).
  • Understand client needs and recommend premium decorative & architectural lighting.
  • Manage relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders.
  • Conduct in-office consultations, showroom demos, and paid site visits.
  • Close high-ticket deals and drive upselling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams.
  • Ensure strong follow-ups and post-sale client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 - 7years experience in sales profile (Manufacturing, Furniture, Electronics, or any kind of Product/Service sales)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Confident, well-presented, and target-driven.
  • Degree not mandatoryperformance and attitude matter.
