• Pipeline Management: Track upcoming real estate projects from design phase through execution to closing deals.
• Relationship Building: Network with key industry decision-makers to build long-term repeat business.
• Territory Coverage: Travel extensively across Coimbatore and surrounding hubs for on-site meetings and pitch presentations.

• Experience: Mandatory prior background in Plywood, Laminates, Tiles, Hardware, or Building Materials.
• Network: Established relationships with Coimbatore-based Architects, Designers, and Builders.
• Languages: Proficiency in Tamil and English.
• Education: Graduate with high field mobility and a strong sales focus.
