This role is for CloudBlitz, Greamio's product-based EdTech platform that offers industry-relevant programs in Cloud Computing, DevOps, Software Development, and Overseas Education.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Nagpur. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth for CloudBlitz by managing the complete sales cycle, engaging with prospective students and institutional partners, and achieving enrollment targets.
The role involves handling inbound leads, walk-ins, and outbound outreach, conducting counseling sessions and product demos, and converting prospects into enrollments. The individual will work closely with marketing and operations teams, maintain CRM records, track sales performance, and represent CloudBlitz at events, seminars, and outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales activities for the CloudBlitz product in the Nagpur region
  • Handle inbound leads, walk-ins, and outbound calls professionally
  • Conduct student counseling sessions, course presentations, and demos
  • Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments
  • Build and maintain partnerships with colleges, institutes, and corporate clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
  • Mentor junior sales counselors or interns, if applicable
  • Represent the brand at seminars, events, and regional campaigns

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (EdTech / Training Institute / SaaS preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Target-driven mindset with proven conversion and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with Nagpur's student and institutional ecosystem
  • Experience using CRM tools, MS Office / Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
