Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales / Senior Sales Executive to drive project sales for the EGL & Cubicle Division. The role involves business development through direct engagement with architects, contractors, corporate clients, and institutional buyers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful closure of project sales.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project sales for EGL (Exterior Grade Laminates) and Cubicle solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in institutional and corporate segments.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings with architects, interior designers, contractors, and consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 2–6 years of experience for Sales Executive; 5–10 years for Senior Sales Executive.
- Experience in project sales, preferably in building materials, laminates, or interior solutions.
- Strong network with architects, contractors, and institutional clients is an advantage.
