Role Overview

Hive Realty is looking for dynamic and performance-driven Sales Executives / Sales Managers who are confident in closing property deals. This role operates on a performance-based engagement model with commission-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and manage two listed properties from the company portal as primary sales focus.
  • Close at least one property sale within the first 30 days of joining.
  • Achieve a minimum of four (4) property sales within six (6) months.
  • Actively generate leads and convert prospects into successful property sales.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and professional conduct standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company data, client information, and business strategies.
Performance Expectations
  • First 30 Days Target: Minimum one property closure.
  • Six-Month Target: Minimum four property sales.
  • Professional behavior and compliance with company standards.
  • Productive utilization of company-provided operational wallet (if applicable).
Compensation Structure
  • 2% commission on the actual realized sale value of each successfully closed property.
  • Commission payable after full payment is received from the customer.
  • No commission applicable on cancelled or incomplete transactions.
Engagement Terms
  • Initial engagement period: 6 months.
  • Confirmation subject to:
  • Achievement of first 30-day sales target
  • Overall performance review
  • Professional conduct
