Senior Sales Executive

DUTTASON ENGINEERS is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive with strong connections in the steel industry to drive B2B sales and develop new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and manage existing steel-plant accounts.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, prepare quotations and close orders.
• Build relationships with Plant Heads, Purchase Heads, SMS Heads, Maintenance and Engineering teams.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to deliver suitable engineering solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular market feedback.

Preferred Experience

• Proven B2B sales experience in the steel industry or allied sectors.
• Experience selling refractories, SMS/furnace equipment & spares, rolling mill equipment & spares, ladles, tundishes, slide gates, continuous casting equipment, or other steel-plant engineering products.
• Strong existing steel-plant network and customer relationships will be a major advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
