Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive / Home Consultant to join its retail studio team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, showroom sales, furniture sales, home décor, interior products or customer-facing sales and should be comfortable working towards monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and understand their home décor, furniture and interior requirements.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs, preferences and budget.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into successful sales.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers and payment options to customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.
• Follow up with prospective customers and drive conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, billing, delivery and post-sales support.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records and daily reports.
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising, product displays and showroom presentation.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals and upselling/cross-selling.
• Resolve customer queries and coordinate for timely issue resolution.
