Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales efforts, identifying new clients, building strong relationships with clinic owners and medical professionals, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their operational needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating and implementing sales strategies, providing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation skills, including experience in business development and closing deals
  • Customer Relationship Management skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
  • Strong Presentation and Communication skills, with a focus on delivering product demonstrations clearly and persuasively
  • Strategic Thinking abilities, including market analysis and devising effective sales strategies
  • Familiarity with SaaS or healthcare/clinic management software is advantageous
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with a dynamic team
