Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located at Chakolas Pavilion Event Centre in Ernakulam. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales deals. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, providing exceptional customer service, managing client inquiries, conducting site visits, preparing customized proposals, and collaborating with the events team to meet client needs and expectations. The role involves achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify, approach, and build positive relationships with potential clients
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Customer service orientation and the ability to ensure high client satisfaction
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and email communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks
- Field sales experience or background in event/venue sales is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
